TSCRA Disaster Relief Fund Now Accepting Applications for Cattle Raisers Affected by Wildfires

CCG – Fort Worth, Texas  — Cattle farmers in the Texas Panhandle and Western Oklahoma who have lost everything in the recent wildfires can seek assistance from the TSCRA Disaster Relief Fund, according to a news release from the organization.

To help alleviate the financial strain that cattle raisers have faced as a result of the recent wildfires, the TSCRA Disaster Relief Fund, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that supports ranchers and landowners affected by natural disasters, will contribute to the distribution of financial aid.

After hundreds of individuals and businesses generously contributed gifts in response to the second-greatest wildfire event in the US, the application window is now open. Victims of this natural calamity, including ranchers and landowners, are still being helped with donations.

Open applications are now being accepted from ranchers and landowners in disaster-declared counties that have been affected by recent wildfires. Belonging to the Texas & Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association is not a prerequisite for receiving assistance.

An online application outlining fire-related losses or damages is required of those seeking financial assistance. The applicant is required to submit supporting documents, such as photos, reports, insurance policies and claims, and inventory records.
