CCG – A missing 15-year-old from Georgia was discovered riding as a passenger during a traffic stop in Tennessee, according to the authorities.

He is currently charging the driver he pulled over.

According to a news release from the Loudon County Sheriff’s Office, a deputy pulled over a 19-year-old motorist on May 20 at approximately 11 p.m. after observing the car on Interstate 75 in Philadelphia, Tennessee, failing to stay in its lane.

According to Chief Deputy Zac Frye, the deputy discovered that the passenger had been reported missing that day from Walton County, Georgia, which is close to Atlanta and more than 180 miles to the southeast.

The 15-year-old was being brought to Ohio by the 19-year-old, according to deputies.

According to the Loudon County Sheriff’s Office, he is currently accused of breaking alcohol laws, harboring or hiding a runaway child, and helping a youngster become delinquent. There is no information on his attorney in the jail logs.

Deputies said the teenage girl from Georgia was returned to her parents.
