On Tuesday, in the 11300 block of Amanda Lane, a pit dog mauled a pregnant woman.
Reyna Gutierrez and her two kids are seen in the video when a pit bull comes up behind them. The dog bit the woman when she tried to run between two parked cars.
A few feet away, her 6-year-old daughter can be heard wailing, and her 9-year-old son managed to escape the dog by climbing into the front of a car.
As the neighbor rushed to assist her, the dog began to attack him. As Gutierrez and her kids made their way home, the man collapsed to the ground and succeeded in freeing the dog from him.
